Signature Dishes
Customizable Shaved Ice
The Taiwanese-style shaved ice melts quickly, though a few hard ice particles may remain; the sweetness is just right, and toppings can be chosen to taste.
Pineapple
The pineapple is sweet and tangy, refreshing and thirst-quenching; its juice seeps into the ice for more layered flavor, though pickled pineapple may also be somewhat sour.
Taro Paste
The taro paste has a pronounced flavor and is smooth and fine, melting in the mouth; it is not overly sweet.
Red Bean Soup
If you want a hot soup, note the temperature: on one occasion the red bean soup was only warm, and with cold taro and dumplings the bowl was almost cold; there is also a hot red bean soup combination with dumplings and taro paste that was not overly sweet.
