    The noodles are smooth, with fragrant ginger, tender pork, and a generous portion; they soften as they absorb broth, and the flavor is bold. There has been a visit when the owner was away and the dish was unavailable.

  • Cheesecake

    The roselle version is tart, not overly sweet or rich, and melts in the mouth; it can also taste light rather than cloying.

  • Toast

    The black-sesame thick toast has a biscuit-like crunch and generous filling; dragon-fruit and coffee-quinoa toast are also options.
