On one occasion, the mutton rice with gravy was considered better than fried rice; on another, the rice was considered rather soft and mushy, and on yet another, the amount of vegetables and meat was observed to be small; after a takeout order, the flavor was also once found to be off.
Mutton with Ginger and Vinegar
In a single tasting, the ginger strips paired with the mutton to give it a sweet-and-sour vinegar aroma; it was refreshing and not greasy.
