Signature Dishes
Taiwanese meatball
The skin is springy, though the edge is thick and can be firm, requiring extra chewing; the filling has a large piece of lean meat, bamboo shoots, shiitake, and a quail egg. It comes with garlic rice-slurry sauce and a little soy paste; the overall flavor is not heavy.
Milkfish fish-ball soup
There are round and slender fish balls; the round ones seem to have a stronger fresh flavor. The clear soup is slightly sweet, though it can also be a little salty.
