Signature Dishes
Chili-Oil Wontons
The chili oil is highly aromatic with gentle heat, and the wrappers are soft and silky; however, the filling is sparse and the portion is modest, while insufficient acidity can make the flavor relatively one-dimensional.
Dan Dan Noodles
The peanut aroma and sesame sauce are both rich; the thin noodles are somewhat soft yet springy, and the thick sauce clings to them. The Sichuan pepper aroma helps cut the richness, but the portion is small, and the noodles can also be somewhat mushy.
Dried Tofu
The dried tofu has a chili-oil aroma and is well-seasoned from braising.
