Signature Dishes
Dumplings
The in-store option is chive and pork, with thin wrappers, a generous and juicy filling, and a clear chive aroma; flavorful even without dipping sauce. The cabbage version is takeout-only.
Spicy tofu hot pot
Packed with shrimp, chunks of meat, soft tofu, and squid in a strongly seasoned broth; even people who usually eat mildly spicy food may find it very hot.
Chao-ma noodles
Generous in toppings and portion; the flavor leans sour-spicy and differs from the traditional chao-ma style, and may come across as mostly spicy with little aroma.
Shandong roast chicken
A small portion is available for two, and the sauce has a distinctive flavor; arriving later may mean it is sold out.
Roast pork rice
Pork slices with bean sprouts, onion, and cabbage are served over rice; strongly seasoned, savory and good with rice, with plenty of vegetables, though the roast-meat flavor may not match expectations.
