Signature Dishes

    The frozen Hakka braised oil rice has plenty of toppings and a full aroma and texture.

  • Pork bao with pickled chili

    The mildly spicy filling comes with scallions, and the bao skin is fine and springy; the pork smell may be noticeable.

  • Sesame bao

    The skin is soft and thick without being dry, while the filling is dense and not overly sweet.

  • Pork with preserved mustard greens

    It is savory and oily with the flavor absorbed; the pork skin is springy and the meat is not dry, but there is quite a bit of fat. The frozen item needs 1/2 water.

  • Salted-egg pastry

    The pastry is thin with plenty of filling, crisp on the outside and base; the salted egg yolk is large, slightly sandy and soft, and the sweetness is not cloying.
