Signature Dishes
Mushroom braised pork rice
The pork combines lean and fatty meat and melts in the mouth; it can be lightly sweet and not greasy, while also having a balanced, not-too-sweet profile. The mushroom flavor is light, and it may feel fatty.
Pork stomach soup
The broth is fairly smooth, and one serving has been seen with four pieces of pork stomach that were cleaned well; you may also encounter stomach with unrendered fat, an off taste, and a chewy texture.
Ginseng chicken noodle soup
The goji-enhanced broth is fresh and sweet, with a small chicken leg and wing; the meat is stewed until it pulls apart easily, tender rather than dry, at NT$80 per bowl.
Braised cabbage
It can be flavorful and tender enough to need almost no chewing; it may also seem unremarkable, and it has been served hot together with oil tofu.
