Signature Dishes
Fried stinky tofu
Crisp outside and tender inside with Taiwanese pickled cabbage; it may also be less crisp outside and a little dry inside.
Oil rice
The glutinous rice is soft but still retains some texture, with savory aromatic oil and sweet sauce; it can also be wet and sticky or unevenly seasoned.
Mixed thick soup
About 5–6 pieces of three types—cuttlefish, pork, and fish-paste squid—have a springy bite; the broth uses shacha and pepper with a light starch thickening.
Intestine and oyster vermicelli
The small serving comes with plenty of ingredients and good flavor; the vermicelli can also be overly soft.
