Signature Dishes
Shrimp Salad Popiah
Filled with lettuce, shrimp, tapioca pearls, and fried crisp bits; best eaten cold for a fresh, crisp bite. Sweet chili sauce can add flavor, but the shrimp taste may be mild when there is a lot of lettuce.
Century Egg Popiah
Can be paired with lettuce shrimp salad; the century egg has a runny center and springy texture, with a generous amount. Not recommended if you dislike century egg.
Sous Vide Chicken Popiah
Sous vide chicken comes with hot cabbage; there are several pieces of chicken and they are not dry. You can ask for no oil noodles, but the preserved radish and dried tofu are salty, so the combination may not suit every palate.
Char Siu Popiah
A single roll has been seen at NT$60; you can also pay NT$20 extra to add char siu to the shrimp-salad popiah and wrap it with lettuce.
