Signature Dishes
Taiwanese meatball
The handmade skin is translucent and chewy, with bamboo shoots and diced meat in the filling, fragrant red-yeast pork, and a slightly sweet sauce; the filling can also be sparse and the skin merely average.
Vermicelli
The oysters are large, and the intestines in the large-intestine vermicelli are braised until flavorful and chewy. Clear vermicelli has a simple, straightforward flavor, while another preparation is thick and rich with a vermicelli aroma; the overall vermicelli experience can also feel ordinary or not suit a particular preference.
Tofu pudding
It has a rich soybean aroma and a dense, firm texture; the syrup ranges from not very sweet to quite sweet. You can choose three toppings; taro balls contain taro pieces, while sweet-potato and taro balls can be floury with little chew.
