Signature Dishes
Chicken rice
The grains are distinct, with differing impressions of rice firmness; chicken fat and scallion aromas stand out, and the shredded turkey is tender rather than dry. A soft-cooked egg pairs well but may also overpower the rice's aroma.
Sliced chicken rice
The chicken slices sit over fragrant rice and make a satisfying bowl overall, but the texture is less layered than the chicken-rice version; the rice has at times been slightly firm.
Braised tofu
Silky, tender, and well-seasoned; the garlic is pronounced, and when on the salty side it pairs well with chicken rice.
Soft-cooked fried egg
It pairs well mixed into the chicken rice, but the yolk may overpower the rice's aroma; it has been available only after 9:00 on some occasions.
Turkey wing
Deboned, with skin that is springy and not greasy and meat that is springy rather than dry; there have been instances of scant meat and a relatively high price.
