Signature Dishes
Sesame noodles
The sesame sauce is generous and may leave sauce at the bottom of the bowl; the noodles can be soft with little chew.
Dry yi noodles
The meat sauce and dressing are generous; the noodles may clump together and turn very soft, but can also be moderately firm or undercooked in one bowl; overall, they are oily, and dry noodles do not come with soup.
Red-oil wontons
The wonton wrappers are thick, so the filling is almost lost; they can also be very spicy, so people sensitive to spice should choose carefully.
Assorted braised items
Self-serve; the flavor may be light or well-seasoned; some items have at times been chewy, and the chili oil on the table can add flavor.
Wonton soup
A bowl is about NT$25; the wonton wrappers are thick and have sometimes been undercooked; adding white pepper can bring out an old-fashioned flavor.
