Signature Dishes

  • Fried wontons

Filled with chives, scallions, and meat; the wrapper is crisp without being greasy, and the wontons are fairly large.

  • Radish sesame dry noodles

Rich sesame sauce, salty and crisp preserved radish, and more chew from thick noodles; at times, the peanut flavour has come through more strongly while the sesame aroma is weaker.

  • Wonton soup

The meat filling differs from the fried wontons, and the broth is simple and light; a bowl has had eight wontons, while the scallion-oil and fried-shallot flavour may not suit everyone.

  • Blanched squid

Bouncy, crisp squid with the shop’s special dipping sauce—simple but addictive.
