Signature Dishes

  • Chive pan-fried dumplings

The chive aroma is just right, with pork filling and thin wrappers; the dumplings release juice when bitten, the frying is well judged, and chili soy sauce complements them best.

  • Kimchi-and-shrimp pan-fried dumplings

Kimchi paired with shrimp; the heat is mild and the sour-spicy flavor is not strong. One serving was once a little dry, while another was nearly bursting with juice while still hot.

  • Basil pan-fried dumplings

The basil aroma stands out, and the filling has at times been juicy; about three pieces in a set is enough, while the salty okonomiyaki-style sauce can cover the flavor.

  • Nabe-style yi noodles

The yi noodles are on the firm side and the broth is fresh and sweet; toppings include egg, pork slices, meatballs, greens, clams, and three shrimp, and adding shacha makes it more flavorful.
