Signature Dishes
Minsheng Yi Noodles
Flat Yi noodles are flavored with lard and a little soy sauce and topped with a few slices of pork; they have a chewy bite and resist turning soft, but may feel oily toward the end.
Dumplings
These dumplings are made fresh, with a chive-and-cabbage filling, crisp cabbage, and wrappers of just-right thickness; companions may not like this flavor combination.
Wonton Soup
The wonton soup has springy wrappers and plump filling; both the broth and wontons may taste mild. One recorded serving was NT$35 for four wontons.
Braised Dishes
There are many braised items, and the flavor may range from well-seasoned to mild; some portions are small.
