Signature Dishes
Hakka Ban Tiao
The ban tiao is soft and tender, paired with chives, bean sprouts, and pork slices, with a clear fried-shallot aroma; ban tiao with rice vermicelli is also available as a two-main-dish option.
Hakka Tangyuan
The tangyuan is soft and glutinous, while the soup carries the aromas of dried shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, and fried shallots; the texture can also be soft, chewy, and springy.
Mushroom Yi Mein
White fine noodles come with mushroom minced-pork sauce and fried-shallot aroma; the aroma is strong, with a resemblance to zongzi.
Wonton Soup
The wontons are medium-sized with meaty filling; the wonton noodles come three to a bowl, but have a strong soy-sauce flavor and are overall on the salty side.
Crystal Dumplings
