Signature Dishes
Xiaolongbao
Hand-wrapped on site, with a thick, chewy wrapper, a generous pork filling, and a pronounced scallion aroma; the plain version is already salty, and the chili sauce is also salty. On a return visit, they seemed dry with little juice.
Shumai
Smaller in size, with a mildly sweet pork filling and a crisp cabbage bite; on one return visit, the wrapper was powdery and the filling overly soft and undercooked, while another tasting had a strong fish-paste flavor and a firm, tender, juicy texture.
