Signature Dishes
Fried red-lees pork rice
Sweet red-lees pork comes with pork-lard rice; the meat can be lean and not tough, while the crust softens when not freshly fried or after takeaway.
Radish and pork-rib soup
The radish and ribs are stewed until tender and separate easily from the bone; the broth ranges from fresh-sweet to lightly soy-seasoned or oily, and the ribs can be fatty or slightly tough.
Pork-lard rice
The pork-lard aroma is pronounced; the rice can be distinct and springy or somewhat firm, and the large portion is filling.
Tofu cake
Made with unsweetened soy milk instead of milk, the cake is springy and fine-textured with low sweetness; the peanut and sesame filling is rich, with red bean, matcha sweet potato, and red yeast strawberry flavors also available.
Fuzhou dry noodles
You can choose between Fuzhou noodles and Haishan noodles; vinegar is mixed into the Fuzhou dry noodles in advance, and the noodles are cooked just right.
