Signature Dishes

  • Oil Rice

A light sesame-oil and rice aroma; the glutinous rice grains are distinct, soft yet chewy, and not overly sticky. The texture may also be somewhat moist, and the shredded-pork version has a milder aroma.

  • Pig Intestine and Pig Blood Soup

The pig intestine is cleanly prepared, and both the pig blood and intestine are served generously; the broth is tasty and has no off-odor. More soup is available if needed, while the pig blood itself may be fairly ordinary.

  • Mixed Noodles

You can have both oil noodles and rice vermicelli in one bowl; the rice vermicelli is on the soft-chewy side, while the oil noodles are softer and mushier. Adding minced pork sauce makes it fairly tasty.

  • Mixed Cold Noodles

The zhajiang sauce, pickled mustard greens, and sesame sauce are not mixed together; each is tasty on its own, and mixing them gives distinct layers of flavor. Overall, it leans salty, with dried tofu and minced pork, and resembles zhajiang noodles.
