Signature Dishes

  • Sichuan-style noodles

The slightly thick noodles are chewy; the default is medium numbing and medium spicy, with the numbing sensation more pronounced. The dipping-noodle version combines sesame sauce and pickled long beans for a mildly tangy, mildly spicy flavor, and the noodles may be softer.

  • Hūlū noodles

An egg-drop soup base comes with assorted fillings, and the broth is relatively rich. Fuzhou fish balls are an option; the wonton filling has a distinctive flavor, while the egg is tender.

  • Rock-sugar pig trotter

It has sold out less than an hour after opening on one recorded occasion; if you want it, consider reserving it by phone in advance.

  • Braised beef shank

Very tender, and flavorful even without dipping it in anything.

  • Tofu skin

It has a light soybean aroma and a pleasant texture.
