Signature Dishes
Red-oil wontons
The wrappers may be thin and springy or soft and smooth without falling apart; the filling is substantial and fresh-sweet. The sauce is sour-spicy with a numbing-spicy aroma and mild heat; a small portion and an ordinary taste have also been noted.
Chopped-chili fish noodles
The fish comes in generous, tender pieces; the soup or sauce has numbing spice and sourness, and the heat can be adjusted. A too-soft noodle texture has also been noted.
Tomato sha-zi noodles
Hand-cut diced tomatoes pair with a rich, savory-sweet meat sauce with gentle tomato tang; the noodles are slightly springy, not soft. At a mild-spicy level, the heat may be barely noticeable.
Sour mustard and pork soup
The sourness is pronounced but not harsh, with balanced salty-savory flavor and a warm, gently sweet finish; the pork belly is rich and fresh, yet clean and not greasy.
Pickled-mustard pork noodles
The pickled mustard greens have enough sourness and the soup is not too salty; the noodles and soup have also been noted as light, with less pork.
