Signature Dishes
Double-Intestine Si Shen Soup
Layering one intestine inside another creates a two-layer texture; the soup is light with a subtle wine aroma, while the intestines can be tender and springy but have also been found less tender than before.
Oil Rice
The portion is generous, with even a small bowl being quite large; the long-grain glutinous rice is distinct, springy, and not greasy, and the mushroom and shredded pork toppings work well together.
Oyster Rice Noodles
The oysters in the oyster noodles are fresh, plump, and springy; the noodles are generous, though they have also at times been watery with insufficient thickening.
