Signature Dishes
薏卷鍾情
The Shou Lu Cai menu lists it as a gua bao-inspired spring roll with cilantro, peanut powder, and pork; the soup pairing may feel slightly heavy.
迷魂香芋泥鴨
Duck ham, taro cake, sakura shrimp, taro purée, and a poached egg deepen in flavor layer by layer, with the taro and egg adding a creamy texture; later on, it has at times become green and paste-like.
載鴿載舞
This Shou Lu Cai dish features medium-rare squab that is more tender than frog, with crisp water chestnut; the offal beneath a mildly spicy foam is reminiscent of chicken heart, liver, and gizzard braise.
紅莓夢
Rice noodles and Neihu Baishihu strawberries come with lemon sugar and pepper ice cream, giving a sweet-tart, refreshing profile; the finish can feel fairly conventional.
甜點車
The dessert cart offers a choice of three from nine, with plenty of options; its metal bucket and wooden sweets cabinet evoke Taiwanese street stalls, and the cart is charming.
